We have invested in CNC technology in order to offer our clients the very best in bending solutions. All your bending needs can be efficiently taken care of by our experienced operators. We have been serving our loyal customer base for over three generations creating flashings, rain water heads, complex shapes, channel drains and mo.

Technical capabilities / Machine capacity

• CNC Brake Presses of up to 220 tonne capacity

• 4 metre bending capacity

• extensive range of tooling

• crowning (ensures accurate bending across the full length)

• up to 6mm thick for stainless steel

• up to 10mm thick for aluminium,

• +/- 0.2mm accuracy

• sectional tools enabling manoeuvrability in tight spaces (the smallest tool is 10mm).

• 3.6 metres between frames
